Warranty

Julius-K9 LLC warrants Julius-K9 products against defects in materials or workmanship. There is a limited 1-year warranty on most products (toys, tugs and chews excluded). The process is the same as a return. Please request a RMA Number and let us know that it is a warranty issue, pictures of product(s) and defect(s) must be submitted at the time of the Warranty RMA request. We will provide a return shipping label for warranty issues.

Julius-K9 LLC is entitled at our discretion to repair or replace the product (or the part in question) or refund to the buyer the price of the product. Julius-K9 LLC shall have no further liability to the buyer after this. Product(s) returned without warranty claim approval, will be returned to sender.

How to make a claim warranty?

Read carefully!

1. Send an email to contact@julius-k9.com with the following information:

Name, address, phone number
Order number
The item number or the precise name of the product
Pictures of the product and close ups from the defected part
A detailed description of the warranty issue
2. We will contact you within 48 to 72 hours after the warranty claim is received and/or if it needs further clarification.

3. Julius-K9 LLC reserves the right to request a product return if the claim is not immediately approved. The shipping cost for the return will be refunded to the buyer after and if the warranty claim is eventually approved.

4. If the warranty claim is approved Julius-K9 LLC will send the buyer a prepaid return label that can be put on to the package which must be shipped back to Julius-K9 LLC immediately. The exchanged product will be shipped after receiving the defective product.
