How to Order

1. Once you know the products you wish to order, place them into the cart.


2. To make sure that you have everything in your cart or if you have a coupon code to redeem, click 'View Cart'.


3. If you have everything you need, click 'Checkout'.


4. You have multiple options to check out.  If you have an account with us, simply log in.  If you would like to have an account with us, choose the 'Account' option (recommended) and click 'Continue'.  The system will automatically register an account for you.  If you do not have an account and do not want to register for one, click 'Guest Checkout' and then click 'Continue'.


5. Type in your information.  If you have a different shipping address, unclick the checkmark in the small box where it says 'Shipping address is the same as the Invoice address'.  A new form will appear where you can indicate your shipping address that is different from your billing address.  Ordering from Florida?  Please click on the Country drop down menu and instead of choosing the United States, choose Florida and select your county.  Once you have filled out everything, click 'Next". 


6. Select a shipping method and click 'Next".


7. Click 'Next'.  You will be able to pay with your PayPal account or a debit or credit card. 


8. Make sure the order is correct.  If you have custom patches in your cart, please use the comment box to indicate the text you wish for us to put on the patches.  Accept the Conditions of use and click 'Confirm Order'.  Before submitting the order you still have the option to go back and add or delete products from your cart. 


9. Once you click 'Confirm Order', you will be redirected to the payment page.  Please DO NOT click on anything or use your Backspace or your browser's back button.


10. Log in to your PalPal account, or by clicking the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' button you can use your debit or credit card to pay for the order.


11. Enter your card information.


12. Double check your billing address and make sure that it is associated with your card.  Do not add a different shipping address at this point.  If you wish to modify the shipping address please contact us.  Once you're done, click 'Pay Now'.


That is it!  You are done.  You will receive two emails.  One is an order confirmation and the other one is a payment receipt.  If you have questions regarding your order, simply respond to the confirmation email.  If for some reason you are unable to pay, you can always submit a new order.  If an order is unpaid for more than 2 days it will automatically be canceled.
